Join our client's Vendor Experience and Operations team. They are currently looking for a native Spanish content manager to help develop tools and systems that provide support to their vendors. Their current big project is to develop an AI based tool.
This is a complex positions that requires good communication, content writing and presentation skills, analytical thinking and ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing business cases for program fit and manage the project proposals intake process
• Aligning with stakeholders on workflow prioritization and reporting on roadmap status
• Designing and implementing new automated workflows to drive growth at scale
• Working cross-functionally across the worldwide consumer business
• Identifying process inefficiencies and continuously improve existing workflows
• Leading the preparation and execution of new workflow pilots
• Proposing success criteria and evaluate outcomes to drive expansion decisions
• Tracking performance and drive actionable conclusions from large data sets
• Providing recommendations to business stakeholders and driving change
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:
- University Degree
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, content writing, project management or publishing
- Professional and pleasant communication skills - verbal and written
- Language skills: English - advanced, Spanish - native
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
