Apply today to work for an established global management consulting company and join Underwriting Operations Controls team of their London-based client to play a crucial role in process automations, streamlining of underwriting and claims processes and removing manual processes from the underwriting workflows supporting Delegated Authority Management Team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of pre/post bind contracts, data processing, audit and performance management
- Helping establish the delegated management framework, processes and services while ensuring the desired quality and service levels are met at all times
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with the bordereau processing vendor and dealing with queries
- Managing all aspects of delegated audits including the audit panel, scheduling, scope, and post-audit actions
- Managing delegated renewals
- Communicating with Underwriters, Underwriting Support Assistants and Cover Holders
Requirements:
- Relevant (re)insurance industry experience (claims, underwriting, audit, controlling)
- Understanding of the current delegated underwriting and delegated claims bylaws and regulations
- University education preferred
- Knowledge of JIRA or other PM platforms would be a great plus
- B2+ English proficiency (speaking & writing)
- Good communication and analytical skills
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
