YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading a team of Vendor Account Managers (7-10), focusing on team growth, coaching and development.
- Owning and driving projects, managing performance metrics and driving collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Continuously simplifying, improving and driving automation of processes by partnering with Business, Tech and Product teams
- Driving results and maximize the business growth opportunity
- Further learning and developing
- Engaging with stakeholders through transparent communication, training, mentoring and inclusive projects
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:
- University Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience in managing projects or programs with regional complexity
- Professional and pleasant communication skills - verbal and written English on C1 level
- Additional European language is a plus
- Excellent time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- Easily approachable, cooperative and a team player, easily gains the trust and support of team members
- Ability to actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
