Responsibilities:
Contributing to innovative data across number of key data and tech projects collaborating with a team of actuaries, data scientists and engineers
Managing requirements and associated changes through the project lifecycle
Reviewing impacted business processes and working with business stakeholders to identify and make business process improvements that result in cost savings, higher quality, increased efficiencies, lower risk, and shorter cycle times
Helping transition projects to everyday processes
Requirements:
7 years of relevant business data experience
University education (completed Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Proficient in Excel and Jira (user stories, acceptance criteria)
Good understanding of SQL
Knowledge of Power BI is nice to have
B2+ English proficiency (speaking & writing)
Previous experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is strongly preferred
Understanding of concepts around software development, testing and product design
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount of 2600 Gross / Month is the minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
