Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for colleagues, managers and stakeholders reporting a data quality issue and providing timely and effective support
- Driving cross-functional squads (usually including MI, Systems, Data, Operations) to resolve data issues
- Preparing root cause analysis of all issues to improve the quality of data assets
- Documenting process gaps and recommending areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data support role
- University education (completed Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Proficient in Excel and SQL
- Knowledge of Power BI & JIRA would be a great plus
- B2+ English proficiency (speaking & writing)
- Previous experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is preferred
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability
- Familiarity with data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
