We are looking for somebody who likes to communicate with people and who can professionally and kindly provide customers with information and solutions.
You would be mostly helping with customer applications, explaining application process, giving updates on payment status and helping with any related issues during the application process.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct communication with customers via phone, email or chat
- Providing information and replying to customer requests
- Responsibility for keeping customer records safe and up to date
- Working with company database in Salesforce
- Communicating with other team members and internal departments
- Identifying issues and recommending improvements
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:
- Professional and pleasant communication skills - verbal and written
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Customer service orientated experience is nice to have
- Organizational skills
- Team work attitude
- Ability to work morning and afternoon shift on weekly basis
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
