This a complex positions that requires good communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking, ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, support vendors, understand the roadmap of processes and procedures and suggest improvements or new solutions.
This position has a wide salary range and is open to junior profiles as well as more experienced candidates.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing business cases for program fit and manage the project proposals intake process
• Aligning with stakeholders on workflow prioritization and reporting on roadmap status
• Designing and implementing new automated workflows to drive growth at scale
• Working cross-functionally across the worldwide consumer business
• Identifying process inefficiencies and continuously improve existing workflows
• Leading the preparation and execution of new workflow pilots
• Proposing success criteria and evaluate outcomes to drive expansion decisions
• Tracking performance and derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
• Providing recommendations to business stakeholders and driving change
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:
- University Degree
- Professional and pleasant communication and presentation skills - verbal and written
- English and Spanish language skills on at least C1 level
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientated experience is nice to have
- Organizational skills
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
