Apply to become a Supervisor for a team, that is responsible for processing of world-wide transactions in a quick, secure, accurate and compliant way. This position combines operational management and people management in a fast -paced transaction-based business.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overlooking and supporting transaction processing activities related to the selected countries
- Ensuring the right people resources are in place to handle the workload (including trainings, quality control, learning and development, motivation)
- Reporting and KPI's (speed, quality, quantity & development)
- Supporting the optimization and standardization of processes
- Collaborating with management to support ad hoc tasks, analysis, handling of issues and identifying the best practices and business improvements
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:
- Secondary education with graduation and higher (preferably in public administration, accounting or finance)
- Slovak - Native, English – advanced (speaking and writing)
- 2+ years of related operational experience, preferably in transaction-based business or logistics
- MS Office - advanced, especially with Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience with supervision or team leadership
- Positive can-do mentality, ability to handle tasks independently with level of responsibility and active approach
- Organized with good time management and communication skills

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
