This is a complex position that requires good communication skills, analytical thinking, ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders and customers, to understand and optimize processes and procedures, suggest improvements or new solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advising portfolio of EU customers through guidance and consultancy to maximize mutual success
• Optimizing customer operations, visibility and sales through collaboration using a variety of internal tools and resources
• Conducting analyses to remove obstacles, streamline processes and automate workflows through cross-functional cooperation
• Engaging with stakeholders through transparent communication, training, mentoring and inclusive projects
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Professional and pleasant communication skills - verbal and written
- English plus French, Italian, Spanish or German language skills on at least B2 level
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented, client facing and key account management experience is a must
- Organizational skills and ability to respect diverse backgrounds, thinking styles and work approaches
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new platforms quickly
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
