YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysing complex customer inquiries and interaction data
- Conducting in-depth searches
- Providing regular but mostly Ad-Hoc reports supporting over 50 countries
- Preparing presentations and communicating findings to the management
- Participate in cross-functional projects
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- English – advanced (speaking and writing)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM reporting, CRM Analytics or Tableau and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce programming is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to present data visualisations
- Interest in new technology and AI

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
