Responsibilities:
- Leading consulting team of 8+ people
- Developing and leading the preparation, management, and implementation of business projects for various clients in banking industry (system migrations, process improvements, change management, creating business strategies, IT architecture, software implementation and more)
- Executing projects by active client facing, consulting and understanding their vision and needs
- Implementing business solutions to ensure client's success
- Motivating your team to ensure professional learning and development
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Banking and at least 2 years of experience with consulting, project management and client facing
- University education (completed Master's degree)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SQL, VBA, Power BI and strong IT affinity
- Programming knowledge (e.g. Python, Java) is a plus
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand a complex situation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting competences
- C1 English proficiency (speaking & writing)
- Willingness to travel within Europe
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
